I would highly recommend Modus Cleaning – they did an excellent job cleaning the render on the front of our house, and we are really happy with the results.

Steven got back to me quickly with a range of options and prices, and a good explanation of what the different treatments would do. He replied promptly to further queries, and was very efficient in arranging a date.

January 2017 - Front Elevation Render Clean

We have a house with rendered walls that were coated with a flexible coating from Andura.

Whilst after five years the coating was standing up very well it had become rather grey.

Steve came round to take a look for us and after conducting some localised tests he diagnosed the problem as an airborne bacteria and suggested a complete wash down with a biocide.

We agreed what I felt was a very reasonable price and a date for the work to be done.

Throughout this process Steve was very professional in sending us a written quotation and contacting us to confirm he would be arriving on the agreed date.

On the day he carried out the work and then cleaned up including all the windows and apart from the house looking a lovely bright white again you would never know he had been there.

I would recommend Steve without hesitation.
